You can’t deny the urge you have to pop a raw cookie dough ball into your mouth before you set them in the oven. You also can’t deny that it’s not the healthiest or safest thing to do (raw egg, etc.) But now you can, in a safe way! This vegan recipe for cookie dough is made to eat without baking. The best part is how quick and simple it is.

The ingredients include cashews, oats, agave, maple syrup, vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Just throw the ingredients in the blender, roll into cookie balls and enjoy!
