foods that bring calm

It never really occurred to me that certain types off food could help bring calm to my body. Certain foods can help reduce adrenaline and anxiety. Learning what different types of foods could do for our bodies, can be helpful in improving our moods and even our lifestyle. Just to name a few- berries, bananas, oranges, coconut water, milk, nuts, chocolate (!!!), herbs, and some essential oils.  Image
